Learning objectives

• Evaluation and management of patients with joint diseases.
• Decision making regarding conservative / operative management of joint diseases
• Pre-operative Evaluation of arthritic patients
• Assistance in operation room at least 4 days a week for all joint replacement surgeries.
• Postoperative care of arthroplasty patients
• Evaluation of long term clinical and radiological results

Research objectives

• Fellow will be required to complete one research project during his tenure and to assist in two to three other ongoing projects.
• Fellow will have access to computerized clinical and radiological database. He will also have online access to journals.
